Great North Run

For the last month I have been training for the Great North Run! It's been at least two decades since I last ran so it's been tough getting back into it.

I'm running for the National Autistic Society and I have a web page at http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/JoeKemp set up to raise as much as I can for this great cause.
